How it all began:
Behind every legend is a gripping narrative, a villain and a hero to save the day. The story behind Floki Inu is full of twists and turns but ultimately the moon mission will be triumphant!
It all started when Elon Musk AKA DogeFather tweeted “My Shiba Inu will be named Floki” and from there the legend of Floki Inu was born.
The story and subsequent meme following quickly formed with over 20,000 loyal supporters rushing to join the Floki Twitter page.
Floki V1 was soon born and listed on the worlds largest decentralized exchange (Uniswap).
The villain:
But the story took a turn for the worst as a result of the infamous developer’s intentions not aligning with the goals of the community: to become the most decentralized, fairly driven and fun community project in the name of Elon’s beloved pup, Floki.
In reverse Robin Hood style the developer was taxing holders 20% on transactions to funnel their funds into his own wallet, holding these funds for ransom and the supply was inflating fast.
The Floki Vikings were relentless and rallied together, putting pressure on the developer to use these funds for the good of the community but fueled by greed; he instead he chose to go rogue.
The community was then left holding the broken body of Floki V1 with its broken metrics and no leader in sight. But, they knew more could be done, there was no stopping them, they would never give up and so the real story begins…
The community takeover and a new beginning:
Such a huge community had formed in just a matter of days with over 20,000 followers on Twitter, 6000+ community members on Telegram and 8000+ holders, they were determined to save the project.
The community stepped up to the plate and took matters into their own hands. Within hours of the first developer being driven out, a much larger community driven team had formed, a new developer was brought onboard and a plan was devised to revive Floki.
Floki V2 was designed to directly benefit the community of holders, push the project to go viral with worldwide media attention but with the highest level of safety in mind.
The multisig wallet controlling the marketing funds ensures that there is never one singular party in control, thus ensuring the community can rest assured all funds will be used for utility development and to spread the word of Floki to the masses!
A new beginning:
Community projects should be all about decentralization, having fun, being fully transparent and making sure everyone can invest safety. This is exactly what Floki V2 will be all about!
Prior to launch (1am UTC 8th July), a full transparency report will be presented by the community to the Floki Vikings which will include:

- Audit report
- New website launch
- Marketing plan
- Liquidity provision details
